Can i use practice arrows to kill bunnies or squirrels?

can i use practice arrows on a compound bow with 22 lbs draw back and 65% let off to kill some small game? i dont want to buy expensive arrows and was wondering if these arrows could kill small game. please if you arnt going to give me an answer to post anything. the arrows i am talking about are the ones with the rounded heads. or the ones that are sharp but not sharp enough to pierce the skin if i tried to stab you with it.Can i use practice arrows to kill bunnies or squirrels?
Buy some bludgeons they work a treat on vermin and can be bought at the same weight as your field points. You just unscrew the field point and screw in the bludgeon. Or on the cheap you can use the brass pistol case glued to the front of the arrow but they are not removable and they are not weight matched to your field points and will follow a different trajectory. Can i use practice arrows to kill bunnies or squirrels?
Yeah everybody has pretty much said it- it's not a good idea. It's the responsibility of every hunter of all game to kill the animal as quickly as possible. Does this always happen, of course not, things happen. But to go out and use something that will not work all that well isn't a good idea unless we are talking about some sort of survival situation. A person needs a LOT of practice to use a bow on small game. Not trying to lecture you, just save you some complications and wounded animals in the future. Have a good hunt when you do go.
lol You must not know much about bowhunting.... first of all the arrow doesn't kill the animal, the broadhead does. And no, don't shoot an animal with a fieldpoint (the dull one that is typically black and rounded to a point that you practice with) all it's going to do is wound it, it will not die. Go buy a small game broadhead. You can get 2 reusable ones at Bass Pro Shops for 8 dollars (I work there, so I know)
You can buy a couple of blunt tips.. they are round rubber screw in tips that will kill a small animal but not stick into a tree or the ground if you miss. You can also buy judo points that do the same thing but do not last as long as a blunt tip. Should only be a couple of bucks.
not very humane. if you hit them anywhere other than the head they will just run off with your arrow sticking out of them.

a blunt tip will transmit some shock %26amp; kill quicker.

if you cant afford ';blunt'; arrows find some empty brass center fire cartridges that will just slide over your arrow heads %26amp; crimp or tape them on the arrow.
practice arrows kill of shock you WILL waste your arrows on squirrels becase they are tough get a pellet gun or 22 rifle for them but cotton tail a snowshoes die from shock with a 15 lbs bow and for future refrence kid the flat heads are called blunts and the almost sharp ones are called feild points
Honestly you are a pretty sick person if you want to shoot bunnies and squirrels with arrows. Real hunters actually hunt deer; not cute animals. I mean deer are cute but they need to be hunted not bunnies.
